Hannah + Joey | Clarksdale, MS

When we talk about an unprecedented time in history, this pandemic has truly touched every aspects of our lives. I watched as friends and clients struggled to let go of some dreams and make decisions to keep loved ones safe. There was so much uncertainty especially in the beginning. So much disappointment. But some of the most difficult things can turn into beautiful gifts. That’s the perspective this bride and groom chose when their wedding plans all changed last minute in April. It was just the most gorgeous spring day here in Clarksdale, MS. Hannah got ready with her family and Joey got ready with his. The day was laid back and calm. Everything ran smooth. Close family sat in a few chairs in front of beautiful old stable barn. Friends spread out over the field behind the venue, dressed to the nines sitting in camping chairs. Once Hannah and Joey kissed, everyone was still able to cheer and celebrate from a distance. The most beautiful moment was the surprise drive-thru reception. Friends as far as Jackson, MS came to Clarksdale just to wish them all the best in a quick 2 minute drive. But it meant the world. Thankful to call this couple friends of mine. They have all the goodness and love in their hearts. They are passionate about helping others and making their community a better place. Couldn’t ask for better friends or more gorgeous photography subjects. Wishing you all the most beautiful blessing Hannah and Joey!
